TF Series Basket Strainers/Filters

TF Series Basket Strainers is the necessary equipment on the pipeline, as the safe-guard filter, removes large contaminant particles and protect key equipments such as pumps, nozzles, heat exchangers and valves.It can obviously extend the service life of key equipments, improve operational efficiency and avoid the risk of costly system downtime. the basket strainer also works well as the direct large particle filter. The metal filter basket is reusable by cleaning and cost less filter media consumption.
Our basket strainers are available in single and multi-basket structure configurations, with either wedge wire baskets or perforated baskets. they can be placed vertically or horizontally, depending on the installation space.
TF Series Basket Strainers can be installed onto pipelines from 1 to 48 inches.The standard design pressure is 1.0MPa and 1.6MPa. Higher pressure levels can be customized. For multi-basket strainers or horizontally mounted strainers, the quick-opening and swivel arm assembly covers are selectable, which is a very user-friendly design that allows a single maintenance engineer to manage the cleaning of the unit, reducing maintenance costs and downtime.
